Job summary

GRMC Garrett Regional Medical Center in Oakland, Maryland is hiring a Registered Nurse/LPN for the Med Surg unit. You will provide professional nursing care, perform assessments, document findings, and coordinate with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice or multi-state via eNLC.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver nursing care using the nursing process and documentation.
• Create and update plans of care with assessment, diagnoses, interventions, and evaluations.
• Identify patient safety concerns and respond with appropriate resources.
• Educate patients based on individual learning needs.
• Document problems and care plan updates for ongoing care.
