Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials or supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise materials team including scheduling, performance reviews, training, and timecard approvals.
• Oversee inventory, cycle counts, and ERP transaction integrity from receipt to consumption.
• Manage shipping/receiving, annual physical inventories, and KPI tracking.
• Contribute to EH&S objectives and implement root cause corrective actions.
• Lead lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
