Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a Material Specialist to work nights in our warehouse. You will receive, store, and distribute materials, and ensure inventory accuracy in the ERP system.

Responsibilities include handling materials with forklifts, updating locations, and maintaining orderly, compliant workspaces. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior warehouse or manufacturing experience, forklift certification, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Store materials in designated areas using material-handling equipment and update storage locations.
• Retrieve materials for various jobs and distribute items promptly and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the ERP system.
• Move materials safely throughout the warehouse to the production line.
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting methods.
