Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Material Specialist to accurately receive and store materials, distribute items to production, and maintain inventory integrity. You will operate forklifts, update ERP records, and ensure timely material flow on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with ERP inventory systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and examine incoming materials to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Store materials in designated areas using material-handling equipment and update locations as needed.
• Retrieve materials for various jobs and distribute items promptly and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records within the ERP system.
• Safely move materials throughout the warehouse to the production line.
• Adhere to safety procedures, including lifting methods and equipment protocols.
• Participate in monthly cycle counts and the annual physical inventory process.
• Keep warehouse and workspaces clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
