Job summary

Accupac in Souderton, PA is seeking a Material Handler for the 3rd shift to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse. You will operate baler equipment, process scrap cardboard, and prepare baled bundles for shipment while supporting overall production flow.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in manufacturing. Physical stamina, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and strict adherence to GMP and safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate baler equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and process scrap cardboard into the baler machine.
• Create and remove baled bundles of cardboard.
• Identify reusable boxes and prepare for shipment.
• Support housekeeping and cleanliness across production areas.
• Follow safety procedures and GMP compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
