Candidates should have warehouse or material handling experience and forklift proficiency. The position requires safety-minded, dependable workers comfortable in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work the stated shift with overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect shipments and verify documents for accurate customer information.
• Operate propane and electric forklifts to move materials and finished products.
• Perform start-of-shift forklift safety and maintenance inspections.
• Load semi-trucks and box trucks with finished products for delivery.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
• Prepare, stage, and package materials and finished products.
• Collect and dispose of general waste and recyclables.
• Operate and maintain waste compactors and cardboard balers.
• Maintain department water supplies.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Material Handler / Forklift Operator Location: Ringtown, PA Pay: $24.00 per hour Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM Overtime: As needed

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable Material Handlers / Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse operations. This position involves operating forklifts, inspecting incoming shipments, handling and preparing materials, loading trucks, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments and verify shipping documents for accurate customer information.
• Operate propane and electric forklifts to move materials and finished products.
• Perform start-of-shift forklift safety and preventative maintenance inspections.
• Load semi-trucks and box trucks with finished products for delivery.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
• Prepare, handle, stage, and package materials and finished products.
• Collect and dispose of general waste and recyclables.
• Operate and maintain waste compactors and cardboard balers.
• Maintain department water supplies.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
