Job summary

Accupac is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations at our Souderton facility. You will safely manage cardboard scrap, bale materials, and keep production areas organized. This is a hands-on, physical role with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Expect weekend A shift (6AM-6PM, 3 days), with a 36-hour schedule paid as 40 hours. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided, reflecting our commitment to a reliable team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Physical stamina to walk quickly for full shift on concrete floors.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly (up to 75 lbs).
• Ability to stay focused and follow instructions consistently.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and machinery operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate baler equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and process scrap cardboard into the baler machine.
• Create and remove baled bundles of cardboard.
• Identify reusable boxes and stack, band, and prepare for shipment.
• Support housekeeping and cleanliness across production areas.
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns to supervisors.
• Perform all duties in compliance with SOPs and GMP.
