Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a dynamic Night Manager to oversee overnight operations, act as Manager on Duty, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will resolve guest concerns, lead a hotel team, respond to emergencies, and uphold hotel standards through nightly inspections. This full-time, exempt role offers a salary range of $60,000–$68,000 with comprehensive benefits through Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience required; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, while maintaining professionalism and accountability.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Comfort using hotel technology, computers, and communication systems.

The Pfister Hotel is seeking a dynamic Night Manager to oversee overnight operations and provide exceptional guest experiences. You will manage hotel operations, address guest concerns, and ensure a safe, seamless, and memorable experience for both guests and team members.

Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for over 130 years. As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style.
