The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a Night Manager to oversee overnight operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. You will be the Manager on Duty, resolving concerns quickly and leading the team with hospitality at the forefront.

Responsibilities include handling emergencies, guiding staff through complex situations, and conducting nightly inspections to uphold the hotel’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience required; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to professionally resolve guest concerns and create positive experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, while maintaining professionalism and accountability.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Comfort using hotel technology, computers, and communication systems.

The Pfister Hotel is seeking a dynamic Night Manager to oversee overnight operations and provide exceptional guest experiences. You will manage hotel operations, address guest concerns, and ensure a safe, seamless, and memorable experience for both guests and team members.

Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for over 130 years. Pay Rate:**

$60,000-$68,000 based on experience**
