Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions – Boston is seeking a Night Manager to oversee nightly on-site facility operations and ensure adherence to contract scopes for our clients in Central and Eastern Massachusetts. The role focuses on managing relationships with independent contractors and vendors within the City Wide of Boston network.

The Night Manager will act as the primary liaison for onboarding new clients and coordinating with contractors while maintaining high standards of service and compliance

City Wide Facility Solutions – Boston specializes in managed facility services for commercial properties across Central and Eastern Massachusetts. We connect our clients with qualified vendors and serve as a single point of contact for all service management needs.
Our Night Manager position helps with the management of our facilities services, ensuring compliance with the Client’s agreed upon scope of services. They also serve as a focal point for maintaining our relationship with the Independent Contractors and Vendors within the City Wide of Boston network.

What You'll Do

• Perform nightly on-site Client visits
• Manage to City Wide of Boston operational protocols for contract compliance
• Assist with New Client onboarding acting as the key contact for our independent contractors.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and current independent contractors.
