Job summary

Aunt Millie's is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Kalamazoo, MI facility on the night shift. You will maintain production equipment, follow food-safety regulations, and contribute to the preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime.

The role requires troubleshooting PLCs, electrical and mechanical systems, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure reliable operation of critical bakery equipment. Training entry-level technicians is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to work night shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Adhere to safety, GMP and OSHA requirements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and maintenance teams.
• Train junior technicians and apprentices.
