Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the North Little Rock plant. The role leads the maintenance team for the 6pm–6am shift, overseeing preventive maintenance programs and repair work to ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will manage staffing, safety training, and budgeting efforts to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency targets. 4–7 years of related experience and a HS degree are required, with a BA/BS preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of maintenance and supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with GMP, safety training, and regulatory standards is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements preventative maintenance programs and assigns repairs.
• Leads projects to install/modify equipment and facilities, monitors timelines.
• Oversees safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals for the shift.
• Hires/trains maintenance staff and enforces GMP, LOTO, HACCP training.
