Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Hot Springs, AR facility. The role requires supervising a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating preventive, corrective, and installation activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.

You will lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians, plan and prioritize maintenance work, and collaborate with Production and Engineering to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience to perform essential functions.
• 0-2 years of progressive manufacturing maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Supervise and develop a team of 5–20 maintenance employees.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and repairs.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance tasks within area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and plant leadership to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
