Job summary

1440 Foods, a leading sports and active nutrition company, is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for the 10:30 PM–7:00 AM third shift at our Jeffersonville, IN facility. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, drive preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in maintenance management, 2+ years in supervision, and a strong background with food processing

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management.
At least 2 years in a supervisory role leading a team of maintenance professionals.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of food manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
Schedule and assign work tasks to ensure maintenance activities are completed on time.
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.
Oversee diagnosis, repair, and modification of machinery and equipment.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts, and downtime; generate maintenance reports.
Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance (OSHA, GMP).
Assist with budgeting and inventory management for maintenance supplies.
