Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our distribution center in Windsor, CT. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing facility equipment, conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, and related systems to keep our DC running safely and efficiently.

You will follow PM standards, document work, and train junior technicians while coordinating with external vendors. A technical degree or certificate and 3–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree in mechanical/electrical field or equivalent.
• 2 paragraphs?
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in facilities or distribution centers.
• Familiar with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes and related equipment.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and follow safety standards including LOTO.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA safety standards, LOTO, and safe work practices.
• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot facility equipment, conveyors, and systems.
• Document work in asset management system and follow PM standards.
• Train junior technicians and assist in vendor coordination for projects.
• Support DC operations and perform other duties as needed.
