Vibra Hospital of Northern California in Redding, CA is seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses for a full-time night shift. You will provide bedside care and support under the supervision of Registered Nurses in a 50-bed ICU/critical care setting.

This role offers growth through the Clinical Career Ladder with pay increases after successful completion of Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, active LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• IV certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee delegated tasks as directed by the RN.
• Ensure the unit runs smoothly and efficiently per hospital policy.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and develop expertise per specialty.
