Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Northern California, located in Redding, CA, is seeking an RN to join our night shift team on a full-time basis. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered, along with a new Clinical Career Ladder for pay progression after completing Novice to Expert levels.

As a smaller, specialized hospital within Vibra Healthcare, we provide long-term acute care, fast-paced patient care, and opportunities to grow clinically while maintaining strong patient-family relationships.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate a plan of care for assigned patients and families.
• Direct nursing care and supervise care delivery in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
