Qualifications

• IV Certification required.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Three years medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process.
• Ensure unit functions smoothly under RN supervision.
• Delegate and supervise all nursing care as directed.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and develop clinical expertise per specialty.
