Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Northern California in Redding, CA is seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse for full-time night shift. This 50-bed Critical Care hospital provides LTC services with potential for professional growth through our Clinical Career Ladder.

Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care, and supervising nursing activities under the RN. A valid LPN/LVN license, BLS, and IV certification are required or preferred with experience in med/surg.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• IV Certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Three years medical/surgical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LPN/LVN is responsible for clinical functions on the unit, including all aspects of patient care according to the nursing process.
• The staff LPN/LVN shall ensure the unit functions smoothly and efficiently under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Direct care along with delegation and supervision of nursing care; develop clinical expertise per specialty.
