Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the employment state required.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor required.
• ACLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor required within six months of hire.
• Strong professional image and regulatory knowledge expected.
• Good organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Working knowledge of computer and software used in nursing duties.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, evaluate and revise plan of care for assigned patients and families.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise other staff as assigned.
• Promote Vibra Healthcare mission and values in all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
