Job summary

Syfan Logistics is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for the 3rd shift (Mon-Thu 10PM-8AM) on-site in Gainesville, GA. The role supports the logistics operations by coordinating with carriers and customers to ensure on-time shipments and high service levels.

The incumbent will dispatch carriers, manage load information, track movements, and promptly resolve issues with the team to maintain optimal operations. A high school diploma is required with preferred Bachelor’s Degree and strong communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in logistics or dispatcher roles is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches carriers by phone and computer in a professional manner.
• Manages load information including pickup and delivery times.
• Tracks driver movements and provides status updates to shippers and receivers.
• Resolves inbound calls from drivers and carriers to obtain updates.
• Documents communications and load details in the TMS.
• Identifies load issues and coordinates team-led solutions.
