Ideal candidates have 1+ year in dispatch, logistics, or customer service, strong multitasking, and the ability to take initiative. Flexible schedule and overtime may be required; the role is in-person.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or customer service.
• Proficient with standard office software and systems.
• Strong ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule courier logistics.
• Enter and manage orders via phone, email, and internal systems.
