SRM Concrete in Tennessee is seeking a Nighttime Loader Operator to run large front-end loaders and other heavy equipment, moving sand, gravel, and cement to keep our plants productive. You’ll load trucks, inspect equipment, and work with the crew to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with loaders is a bonus, but we provide training.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Commitment to safety and reliable attendance.

Responsabilités

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors as needed.
• Collaborate with crew to keep production on schedule and materials available.
• Inspect equipment before and after shifts and report issues.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Keep the work area tidy and organized for safety.
• Assist with inventory checks to avoid material shortages.
• Share ideas with plant leaders to improve operations.
• Be flexible and ready to help teammates as needed.
