Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to lead and support team activities on a production line.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with production systems.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to obtain Lockout/Tagout certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead line setup and product changeovers, ensuring smooth operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic adjustments.
• Support preventive maintenance activities as needed.
• Assist with training to new operators and packaging staff.
