Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to ski or snowboard at intermediate level or higher.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 100 pounds.
• Reliable transportation; able to navigate snowy or winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lifts and staff for safety compliance.
• Oversee lift manuals, logbooks, and documentation.
• Assist with lift operations including chairlifts and tubing area.
• Train and support lift operators and ensure safety practices.
• Ensure proper snow surfaces and safety signage at lifts.
• Assist with ticket-checking, operating lifts, and breaks as needed.
