The Guest Services Night Manager oversees all evening guest services operations, ensuring smooth ticket and pass sales, group check-ins, and conflict resolution. We are looking for a professional, outgoing, and kind individual who is a fast learner, a strong communicator, and brings a bubbly, positive energy to every guest interaction. Exceptional listening skills and the ability to resolve and mitigate conflicts with care and patience are essential.

This is a winter seasonal position from November through March, perfect for a college student, recent graduate, or anyone seeking a fun and lively seasonal role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support evening Guest Services operations
• Assist with ticketing, pass sales, and group check-ins
• Address guest concerns professionally and ensure a warm, welcoming environment
