Join our team at Chelsea Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an LPN or RN!

Full-time or part-time positions available

Shift: 7pm - 7am

Same Day pay

Supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services

Responsibilities of LPN/RN:

1. Provide patient care according to nursing standards and the written plan of care, including physician’s treatment plan.
2. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
3. Administer medication and treatments as per plan of care.
4. Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes accordingly.
5. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with provided orders.

Qualifications:

1. Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in [Specify State].
2. Ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously.
