Job summary

Biblioso in Mountain View is seeking a Lab Technician - R&D Lab Support, Nights to join our hardware-focused team. You will help deploy, configure and maintain lab infrastructure, supporting server racks, network gear and power systems to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and hands-on debugging of hardware, FPGA/Flash programming, and prototype builds. Schedule is 12am–8am, Monday through Friday, with permanent, full-time employment and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with rack implementation, server builds, and network equipment.
• Familiarity with board troubleshooting, electrical engineering, and validation processes.
• Experience supporting engineering assembly and hardware system checkouts.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain lab infrastructure including racks and power.
• Build and deploy servers with wiring, configuration, and monitoring.
• Design cabling and power systems to support hardware.
• Perform electrical engineering tasks and validate systems.
• Support hardware in lab environments and prototypes.
• Debug and rework components with internal or vendor support.
• Assist with system setup, OS installation, and test scripts.
• Program parts such as FPGA and Flash; take scope measurements.
• Use logic analyzers and oscilloscopes for debugging.
• Collaborate with engineers to meet delivery deadlines.
