Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking an Elemental analyst for the 3rd shift (midnight - 8:30am), Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu, in Des Moines, IA. The role requires following Quality System documents and performing analytical work per regulatory standards.

Candidates should be comfortable with data recording and laboratory safety, with a bachelor/associate degree or 1+ years of experience. The position offers full-time benefits and opportunities to work with a leading global life sciences company.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow Quality System documents relevant to responsibilities, e.g., Quality Manual, SOPs, and Methods.
• Adhere to quality measures to meet ISO/IEC 17025, cGMP, GLP and company requirements.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations; maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Operate lab equipment and set up batches of samples for analysis.
• Record data accurately and maintain logbooks and eLIMS.
• Maintain glassware and prepare solutions for daily testing.
• Communicate findings and coordinate with Department Leader.
