Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a detail-oriented sample coordination specialist to join our night shift team in Lancaster. You will interpret and enter client samples into the LIMS, manage large projects, and maintain precise client files with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities include delivering rush samples to appropriate centers, following GMP/GLP procedures, and supporting teammates with training and documentation while ensuring safety and quality across all tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Data entry skills and basic computer literacy.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Enter client samples into the laboratory information system and manage related records.
• Coordinate with project teams and deliver rush samples to centers.
• Maintain client files including quotes, PO, and sample activity.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and GMP/GLP guidelines.
• Provide training assistance within department as needed.
