Job summary

Eurofins US Network seeks a full-time sample entry technician in Lancaster, PA. You will interpret and enter client samples, manage projects, and maintain files with accuracy for multiple centers.

Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, strong data-entry and English skills, and US work authorization. Training shifts run 1st shift, with a late-evening schedule for the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Computer skills, including data entry.
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting and entering client samples into computer system.
• Managing large projects; maintaining client files.
• Delivering rush samples; serving as information contact at receipt of samples.
• Project management of client projects; liaison between project manager and Sample Registration.
• Delivery of rush samples to appropriate technical centers.
• Maintain client files containing quotes, purchase orders, bottle orders, and incoming sample activity records.
• Handle incoming informational calls into department.
• Read, understand, and carry out standard operating procedures; follow safety precautions.
