Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Lab Assistant to join our team in Raritan, NJ. The role includes specimen processing and courier tasks in a fast-paced laboratory environment, with a Mon-Fri schedule and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record preferred.
• Comfortable handling biological specimens and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and route specimens to staging areas.
• Pack and ship specimens to testing facilities.
• Receive and stack bins up to 50 lbs.
• Scan bins and reconcile against manifest.
• Deliver trollies up to 400 lbs in lab.
• Load/unload specimens from vehicles.
• Complete daily logs and administrative duties.
• Meet department production goals.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment.
• Follow SOPs for safety and quality.
