Job summary

AC&T Co. Inc. is seeking a Kitchen team member responsible for timely and courteous service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean kitchen area.

The role includes preparing salads, breaking down products for immediate use, baking cakes, and operating kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens and steamers. Strong English communication and weekend availability are required. Prior kitchen or food service experience is preferred; physical stamina is essential for lifting and standing, with a focus

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or have a work permit.
• Able to speak, read, write English.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work with hot kitchen equipment.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food for service, including salads and catering orders.
• Bake cakes, mix frosting, and operate large mixers.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and comply with safety regulations.
• Handle inventory control and keep equipment and records secure.
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup as required.
