Job summary

Chick-fil-A Camden is seeking a Night Kitchen Manager to coach the team, uphold food safety, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced dining environment. You will lead by example, manage schedules, and collaborate with leadership to ensure efficient night operations.

In this role you will partner with directors and the Owner/Operator, train staff, perform safety audits, and deliver a remarkable guest experience while cultivating a positive work culture across the night shift.

Job description

We are looking for a Night Kitchen Manager at Chick-fil-A Camden!

As a Night Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for coaching our team to ensure we have a food safe environment. This opportunity provides professional growth in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation.

Role Description:
  • The leader will work in all aspects of the restaurant to gain experience and knowledge in pursuit of “Operational excellence” to create a positive work culture.
  • To build and manage quality team members. Coaching, developing, and training team members to follow food safety closely.
  • The leader will be in contact with other directors, managers, shift leaders, and the Owner/Operator. This person is responsible for sharing their scope of leadership and ensuring the collaboration with other higher level leaders for the front and back of house.
  • The leader is tasked with meeting and exceeding our goals, high standards, and expectations.
  • Increase systems to create the safest food environment in the business.
  • Provide high quality guest service and create a remarkable guest experience.
  • Create systems and procedures for your designated field/speciality to grow the business as a whole.
  • Perform safe and secure food safety audits.
  • To create SMART goals for increasing our safety audit scores.
  • Lead, train, and support the 3 focus areas of the “Winning Hearts Strategy:” Great Food, Fast & Accurate Service, and Genuine Hospitality.
  • Work flexible schedules to support the restaurant’s overall operations, guest demands, and staffing needs.
  • Maintains positive working relationships and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
  • Support and influence the restaurant’s overall operational and financial goals.
  • Ability to open and close the restaurant.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive work environment that ensures food & team safety.
  • Strictly adhere to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
