Taco Bell is seeking Crew Members to join our team for after-dinner and late-night shifts at multiple locations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting delivery partners.

We value a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required; reliable transportation is needed, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly manner.
• Accurately take orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable dining area.
• Coordinate with Delivery Partners.
• Keep work areas clean by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions (Food/Kitchen).
• Prepare ingredients and menu items; restock workstations.
• Operate ovens, fryers, grills and kitchen equipment safely.
