Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking Crew Members to join our team in the United States. Shifts occur after dinner and late nights, with start times as early as 4:00pm and varying by location.

Hours depend on part-time vs full-time status and closing times at each restaurant. The successful Customer Service/ Food/Kitchen Crew Member greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, resolves inquiries, and maintains a clean, safe environment while coordinating with delivery partners and performing general kitchen

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Positive, friendly demeanor and ability to work with guests and coworkers.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engages guests in the restaurant and take orders.
• Accurately accept guests' orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with delivery partners.
• Keep the facility clean including tables, dishes, and floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock products and workstations.
• Use ovens, fryers, grills and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean work environment and wipe workstations.
