Taco Bell is hiring Crew Members to join our team and provide fast, friendly service in a busy environment. Roles include Customer Service and Food/Kitchen duties with varied shifts after dinner and into late nights, depending on location and hours.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must get along well with coworkers and guests through a positive and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with our Delivery Partners.
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock products and workstations.
• Use kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills.
• Keep the work environment clean and organized.
