Taco Bell is hiring Crew Members to join our team. This role supports guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting with evening to late-night shifts, and opportunities for advancement across locations.

You may perform both customer service and kitchen-related tasks, including taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness. Experience is not required, and we offer paid training, flexible scheduling where available, and benefits like free meals during shifts.

Qualifications

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept the guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve all guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with our Delivery Partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by completing general tasks (wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping, mopping).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean dining area for guests and staff.
• Coordinate with delivery partners when needed.

• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock product and workstations.
• Operate kitchen equipment like ovens, fryers, grills, etc.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
