Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring Crew Members to work after dinner and late nights at locations with varying hours and closing times. You will interact with guests, take orders, and help in both customer service and kitchen roles.

We offer free meals during shifts, flexible scheduling, paid training, advancement opportunities, and competitive pay. Previous experience isn't required and reliable transportation is a plus.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must get along well with coworkers and guests through a positive and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests and accurately take orders while processing payments.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a clean, safe dining area.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items, stock supplies, and operate kitchen equipment.
• Keep workstations and floors clean through routine wiping and sweeping.
