Alamance Foods Inc. is seeking an IT Shift Associate to join our team in Graham, NC for the 3rd shift (11PM - 7AM). The IT Support Specialist will provide frontline technical support to users, install and repair hardware and software, and maintain network stability.

Local travel is occasional. Must have a High School Diploma; an Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred. This position requires bending, lifting 10-20 lbs, and a willingness to adapt to changing technologies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred or required.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and technical support to users of hardware and software.
• Install or fix hardware and software as needed.
• Troubleshoot user issues and resolve them promptly.
• Manning the help desk and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain networks and computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address IT needs.
• Adapt to changing environments and learn new technologies.
• Follow directions and be open to continuous learning.
• Lift and move equipment weighing 10-20 lbs as required.
