Job summary

Allen Distribution in Allentown, PA is seeking an Inventory Control Technician for the 3rd shift (6pm–4:30am, Tue–Fri). This role maintains and monitors inventory levels and product movement to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment.

You will work under the Operations Manager, perform cycle counts and audits, coordinate with production planners, and support the warehouse team while upholding our safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in Inventory Control.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and WMS.
• Good communication, arithmetic, reading and writing skills.
• Ability to understand the production schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product and packaging material inventory use and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
• Coordinate, problem solve, and communicate inventory issues to customers, vendors and Production Planner.
• Support production lines and recoup operations as needed.
• Backfill on production lines as needed.
