Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Inventory Analyst to analyze current inventory levels and material movements within the site and to external sources. The role includes reviewing cycle counts, identifying discrepancies, and providing solutions to workcells.

The candidate will analyze performance metrics, review material flow, and lead a team of Inventory Analysts while supporting financial reporting and RMA processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to groups of managers or customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient with Windows OS and related software.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Jabil software packages.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current inventory levels and movements within site and to external sources.
• Review cycle counts and discrepancies; authorize adjustments.
• Provide solutions to workcells and analyze performance metrics (downtime, adjustments, backflush).
• Review material flow and RMA processes; lead Inventory Analysts team.
