Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Inventory Analyst to analyze inventory levels and related transactions, ensuring accuracy across internal and external movements.

You will review cycle counts, discrepancies, and material flow while providing solutions to workcells and supporting financial reporting. You will lead a team and contribute to process improvements within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information clearly to managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient PC skills and experience with Windows-based software.
• Advanced knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Strong written communication and data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current inventory levels and related transactions.
• Review cycle counts and follow up on discrepancies.
• Provide solutions to workcells and analyze performance metrics.
• Review material flow and authorize adjustments.
• Contribute to financial reports and backflush data.
• Lead a team of Inventory Analysts and assist as needed.
