Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Inventory Analyst to analyze current inventory levels and material movements within the site and to external sources. You will focus on cycle counts, discrepancies, and providing solutions to workcells.

The role includes reviewing metrics such as downtime, backflush integrity, material returns, and reviewing RMA processes, with potential to lead a team of other Inventory Analysts.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Jabil software packages.

Responsibilities

• Review Cycle Counts and follow-up on discrepancies.
• Analyze discrepancies and provide Solutions to Workcells.
• Analyze performance metrics such as downtime and inventory adjustments.
• Review Material flow and authorize adjustments to discrepancies.
• Provide follow-up on Financial Reports (Backflush variations, consumption, etc.).
• Lead a team of other Inventory Analysts.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
