Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking an Inventory Clerk to organize and monitor inventory across multiple locations. This role involves cycle counts, reconciliation, and tracking product movement to maintain accuracy.

You will work on a Stand-Up Forklift and collaborate with receiving and sales teams. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace; experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder or other WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot discrepancies.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder or other WMS preferred.
• Forklift certification (Stand-Up Forklift) required.
• Able to work nights; schedule Monday–Friday nights.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation for inventory.
• Track product movement and correct discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate recurring inventory issues and identify root causes.
• Manage inventory at on-hand, on-order, and damaged statuses.
• Operate a Stand-Up Forklift for counts and warehouse tasks.
• Collaborate with customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform other duties within training and expertise.
