Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking an Inventory Clerk Extraordinaire to join our warehouse operations in Champaign, IL. You will organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory across multiple locations, execute regular cycle counts, and partner with receiving and sales to resolve discrepancies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, forklift experience, and proficiency with MS Office and WMS tools.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Attention to detail to spot missing items and discrepancies.
Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace; experience with WMS systems preferred.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Stand-Up forklift experience and certification preferred.
Reliable team player who teammates can count on.

Responsibilities

Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations for inventory accuracy.
Track and update product movement, correcting discrepancies promptly.
Investigate recurring issues to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
Manage inventory statuses (on-hand, on-order, damaged) appropriately.
Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to assist with counts and stock organization.
Collaborate with customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies.
