Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. is seeking an Intermodal truck driver to haul freight containers on company-owned chassis, with 100% no-touch freight and a 50% drop-and-hook workflow. Drivers operate in IL, IN and WI, with daily home time and night shifts.

This role requires valid Class A CDL and at least 3 months of experience; HazMat and tanker endorsements are preferred. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, a $12,000 sign-on bonus paid in twelve monthly installments,

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL and be able to drive at night.
• Endorsements (Tanker and HazMat) strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Elwood, IL; minimum 3 months of Class A experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• 100% no-touch freight with 50% drop-and-hook.
• Drive in and out of railyards within IL, IN and WI.
