INX International is seeking a Production Operator (Ink Technician) at our Lebanon, OH facility to join a dynamic, safety‑mocused team. You will weigh, mix, and package ink batches, following precise instructions to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math, communications and mechanical logic skills.
• Able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Create batches of ink following batch instructions and weigh batches.
• Understand proper mixing procedures and raw materials.
• Mix batches of ink and make additions as directed; packaging finished product.
• Operate a forklift.
