West Liberty Foods, a leading meat and poultry producer, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for its Tremonton, UT facility. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing automated equipment, including PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems, on 12-hour night shifts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of mechanical experience, reads mechanical drawings, and can operate CMMS systems. A related associate degree is preferred, with safety and quality being top priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mechanical field in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read prints/schematics/drawings and communicate effectively.
• Experience with automated equipment (PLC, vision systems) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventative maintenance and routine tasks on production equipment.
• Read and understand mechanical and electrical diagrams and manuals.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment including PLCs and controls.
• Install and service hydraulic and pneumatic systems, control valves, and related components.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed during maintenance work.
