Job summary

Target is looking for an Inbound Expert to join our General Merchandise team in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues to ensure a friendly shopping experience.

You will also support daily stock processes, keep inventory accurate, and assist with back-up cashier duties and pickup services. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and teamwork, with training provided to help you grow in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks.
